RETURN POLICY

Return Requests (Only On Eligible Orders ie Size) can be placed through website by logging into your account and going to "My Profile" page, you will get the option to Return/Exchange on your Order summary table

If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on "Request Return" option present on the footer, enter your order details (On Eligible Orders) to proceed with the return.

Else Contact Us To Assist You With The Returns.

  1. All orders can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Products bought on any discount or offer are non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged against any other product.
  3. Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
  4. Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged/Stained Etc.
  5. The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
  6. All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.

EXCHANGES

  1. All Eligible orders can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Any discount or offer items are non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged against any other product
  3. Exchange Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and clicking on "My Profile", you will get the option to Return/Exchange on your Order summary table

 

CANCELLATIONS - POLICY AND PROCESS

  1. Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped
  2. Cancellation requests can be placed by sending a message through contact form, or via email to contact@manidesigns.in
  3. For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed via bank transfer

  4. We, At Label Mani Dua Khanna, reserve the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons that may lead to orders cancellations are unavailable quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts/legal department. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Label Mani Dua Khanna Or Its Management and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.


REFUND POLICY

  1. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of return acceptance email confirmation through same mode.
  2. All Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in store credits only.
