Shipping policy

1. We deliver free for all orders across India
2. Payment options of Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment can be used to place orders.
3. When an order is placed with Cash on Delivery(COD) as payment option, the customer will receive a call/message/mail from our customer care executive for verification purposes
4. All orders are dispatched within 7-14 business days of order placement.
5. Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email
6. Once the dispatch happens, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on destination city
7. Due to high rush, during festive season, there might be a delay. We are doing everything to get your order delivered on time, we appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
8. The dispatch details with tracking number are sent to the registered email id

International Shipping & Dispatch

In Addition to the above mentioned clauses, specifically for International Orders & Delivery, the following clauses will be applicable.

1. All international orders are dispatched within 14 business days of order placement.
   
2. Made to Order/ Orders with customization might take slightly longer to dispatch. The same will be informed to you via email.
3. Shipping & Delivery to Foreign Eligible places will be chargeable, which will be pre informed to the customer via email.
